Trussell Scholarship

The Trussell Scholarship supports promising students from the Kootenay-Boundary region of British Columbia who are studying natural or applied sciences and who will pursue careers necessary for B.C. and Canada to remain competitive in the global high-technology sector.

The Trussell Science Student Endowment Fund was established in 1990 with an endowment of $100,000 from Dr. and Mrs. Trussell, matched funding from the Province of British Columbia and a contribution from the Vancouver Foundation.

Award Method: Individual application to BCIC
Award Length: Four years maximum
Award Value: $20,000 ($5,000 per year, renewable)
Annual Deadline: May 31
